The Yirgacheffe region is known for unique flavor profiles, but coffee from the Koke washing station is extra special. Koke is a small district in the Yirgacheffe region with elevations as high as 2300M, allowing for concentrated sweetness and complex flavours. Koke lots are highly sought after by the Japanese and Korean coffee community with limited bags making it to North America, we are very excited to have this lot back at our Roastery

Gr 2 Washed: a sophisticated cup with pleasing acidity, great sweetness, honey, black tea, big juicy body finishing with butter cookie and Meyer lemon notes. As it cools sweet iced tea lingers in your mouth.
